Stephanie Humphries, PT
Stephanie is the owner of Humphries Physical Therapy. She is a Licensed Physical Therapist and has been practicing since 1997. She earned her Bachelors of Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville.
Stephanie was born and raised in Trigg County and was proud to be able to open Humphries Physical Therapy in 2016 to be able to serve the people of our community. She wanted to be able to offer quality physical therapy services in a positive and encouraging environment, where each patient feels like part of our clinic family.
Stephanie enjoys travelling, playing golf and spending time with her family.
Angie Humphries, PTA
Angie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Paducah Community College in 2001. Angie has spent the majority of her career working in the Outpatient Orthopedic setting. She has a passion for helping her patients reach their goals and having the best outcome possible.
Angie was born and raised in Trigg County. She is a farmer’s daughter. God has blessed her with three beautiful children. Angie loves running and cycling in her spare time. She also loves to travel and enjoy spending time with her family and friends.
Diane Stewart, PTA
Diane is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who joined the Humphries Physical Therapy staff in 2018. She graduated from Madisonville Community College in 1998.
Diane enjoys being a part of the Humphries Physical Therapy family. She enjoys meeting new patients, getting to know them, and helping them get back to doing the things they enjoy.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys crafting and scrapbooking as well as organizing activities for the Ladies of her church and community.
Chelsie Williams, PTA
Chelsie is a license Physical Therapist Assistant. She is a graduate from Madisonville Community College.
Chelsie has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years, working in the Outpatient Orthopedic setting for 8 years.
Chelsie enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their individual goals for Physical Therapy.
Chelsie is married and has daughters in college. She loves to travel and special times with family.
Carla Newman
Carla is Billing Manager/Patient Coordinator for Humphries Physical Therapy. She has spent 24 years in the medical field from billing to reception. It is important to Carla that each patient has a good experience while attending Humphries Physical Therapy. Patients should take comfort in knowing that Carla will ensure accuracy when handling their insurance/billing account.
Carla enjoys spending time with her four grown children, her grandchildren and her 1 year old great granddaughter which is the apple of her eye. Carla loves all things travel, especially her beach trips each year.
Chelsie Riddle
Chelsea is our Insurance Manager/Patient Coordinator. She has been a member of the Humphries Physical Therapy family for 2 years. She has worked various medical office settings for the past several years. Chelsie is your go to for any insurance and authorization questions you may have.
Chelsea is the mother of 5, Two humans (teenagers) and three doggies.
